One preexisting condition that is not properly appreciated when we look at the health and health disparities of our nation is simple to identify with one simple question and with little doubt. And that is, Are you Black? On the eve of the 95th birthday of Malcolm X, host Pedro Gatos dedicates this show to the State of Black America pre-Covid-19 and to the greater health vulnerabilities that impoverished marginal populations face as a consequence of the profoundly unfair access to success our country provides to the haves and have-nots.
